We'd like you to join us as a Senior Support Worker at our service prospect Court in Sutton.

What you'll be working:

Your hours are based on a rota working every other weekend.

  • 42 hours
What you'll be doing:
  • Provide direct care and support as part of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Assist the nursing team with the assessment of individual's needs, planning, delivery and evaluation of care
  • Work and act as a key member of the team, supporting each patient in achievement of their planned outcomes
  • Undertake clinical work-related tasks as delegated by senior nursing staff, following appropriate training and assessment of competency
  • Maintain accurate, legible records of care provided, based upon the care plan
  • Be actively involved in meeting own and team objectives through encouraging and supporting others
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with residents, their families, colleagues and any relevant professionals
What you'll have:
  • A genuine interest in providing the best person centre care possible
  • A NVQ in Health and Social care from Level 3 onwards is desirable
  • Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS
