A leading care provider in the UK is looking for a compassionate Senior Support Worker in Didcot. The role includes supporting individuals with autism and learning disabilities while promoting their dignity and independence. Applicants should possess a level 2 diploma in Health & Social Care and strong communication skills. The position offers a full-time contract with various perks that support both professional growth and personal well-being.
Senior Support Worker – Make Everyday Matter
Location : Didcot, Oxfordshire
Salary : £29,367 per annum (£15.06 per hour) plus benefits
Hours : 7.00 am – 3.00 pm, 2.00 pm – 10.00 pm (Monday to Sunday on a shift rota basis). The shifts may vary due to the needs of the people we support.
Contract : Full time, Permanent
