Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in providing application support and solving complex problems.
• Experience developing Workday Extend applications.
• Ability to adapt to fluid processes and be part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Own the investigation and resolution of high-impact technical issues.
• Act as a technical escalation point for support cases.
• Partner with engineering, product, and DevOps teams to improve stability.

Skills

Experience working with Workday Extend and/or Cloud technologies preferably AWS

Experience with web service technologies (REST, SOAP)

Strong development experience in Java/Node JS

Experience developing serverless AWS apps

Experience working with CI/CD pipelines

Great customer focus and ability to meet deadlines

Strong team skills

Education

Workday HCM certification

AWS certified Developer Associate certification
