Qualifications

• 5–7 years’ experience in manufacturing, ideally within cosmetics, toiletries, or FMCG.
• Confident decision-maker accountable for cost-impacting choices.
• Solid understanding of MRP and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end to end in-house production and make complex decisions.
• Build and own the Master Production Schedule (MPS) aligned to demand.
• Lead/participate in daily and weekly sales and operations execution meetings.
