Responsibilities

  • Ordering spare parts and tooling for council vehicles and items.
  • Liaising with suppliers for quotes and order chasing.
  • Picking and issuing parts to depots.
  • Receipting and checking goods, maintaining accurate records.
  • Creating orders for stores items and managing stock levels.
  • Handling account queries from suppliers and internal teams.
  • Supporting the stores team with ad hoc duties.
