Job summary

Virgin Media O₂ is seeking a Senior Store Advisor to join our store leadership team. You’ll blend sales expertise, coaching, and operational ownership to help the store succeed and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You’ll lead by example, develop colleagues, and handle day-to-day store operations. In smaller stores you may deputize for the Store Leader, ensuring continuity when they’re away.

Qualifications

• Proven retail sales experience with a track record of delivering commercial results.
• Strong commercial awareness to spot opportunities that improve sales and customer outcomes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and coach colleagues.
• Strong organisation and prioritisation in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Customer-first mindset and ability to take ownership and resolve issues.
• Good understanding of retail operations and FCA requirements; training provided.
• Flexibility, resilience and a positive approach to change.
