Sainsbury’s Group is seeking an experienced store leadership professional to oversee operations across multiple departments, ensuring excellent customer experiences in-store. You will lead managers, drive trading activity plans, and uphold high standards of service and efficiency.

This role emphasizes strong people leadership, data-driven decision making, and fostering an inclusive work environment where colleagues can grow and succeed.

Competenze

• Experience leading managers in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Proven ability to coach teams to high standards and efficiency.
• Strong data literacy with ability to interpret KPIs and improve performance.

Mansioni

• Lead a team of managers to ensure every customer has a great experience in store.
• Plan for upcoming key trading activity by working with the store leadership team.
• Take accountability in the store in the absence of a store manager and coach for high standards.
• Manage operations at checkouts (manned and self-check), petrol stations (if applicable) and back of house services.
• Oversee performance management, scheduling, and payroll accuracy.
