Sainsbury's is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a busy convenience store, ensuring outstanding customer service, smooth daily operations and compliance with safety, legal and HR standards. You will oversee the Customer and Trading Managers on shift, plan for trading activity, and drive continuous store improvements.

You will be responsible for delivering results across service, sales, and team performance while modelling our values and leading through change in a dynamic retail

Qualifications

• Experience leading a fast-moving retail operation with strong customer focus.
• Ability to analyse store data to improve performance and customer experience.
• Knowledge of HR policies, employee relations and performance management.
