• Proven retail sales experience with track record of delivering commercial results.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to spot opportunities that improve sales.

• Strong organisation and prioritisation skills in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Customer-first mindset and ownership to resolve issues effectively.
• Understanding of retail operations and FCA requirements is beneficial but training provided.
