Job summary

Virgin Media O₂ in the United Kingdom seeks a Senior Store Advisor to lead a retail team, coach colleagues and own day-to-day store operations. You’ll build relationships with customers, deliver exceptional service and drive sales performance across the store.

You’ll work as part of a close-knit team with shifts across store opening hours, including evenings and weekends. Training and development are provided to grow your skills and career within Virgin Media O₂.

Qualifications

• Proven retail sales experience and a strong track record of delivering commercial results.
• Strong commercial awareness with ability to spot opportunities that improve sales performance and customer outcomes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to influence, coach and support colleagues.
• Strong organisation and prioritisation skills in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Customer-first mindset and the confidence to take ownership, make sound decisions and resolve issues effectively.
• Flexibility, resilience and a positive approach to change and continuous improvement.
