Job summary

Virgin Media O₂ in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Store Advisor to lead the store team, drive sales, coach peers and take ownership of day-to-day operations. You may act as deputy to the Store Leader in smaller stores and support the leadership in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You’ll be part of a close-knit retail team, with induction and ongoing coaching. Flexible shift patterns across opening hours are expected, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Proven retail sales experience with track record of delivering commercial results.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence and coach others.
• Customer-first mindset with ability to handle issues and adapt to change.
