Virgin Media O₂ is seeking a Senior Store Advisor in a busy store. You will lead by example, coach teammates and take ownership of day-to-day operations, ensuring first-rate customer experiences and strong store performance.

You’ll work closely with the leadership team, flexing across shifts to meet customer demand and drive commercial results. Training and support will be provided to help you grow within the role.

Qualifications

• Proven retail sales experience with a track record of delivering results.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to spot sales opportunities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and support colleagues.
• Organised and able to prioritise in a fast-paced retail environment.
• A customer-first mindset with ownership and problem-solving ability.
• Understanding of retail operations and compliance basics; training provided.
