We are looking for a professional, ambitious & confident Senior Registered Mental Health Nurse.

You will be working 42 hours a week (Days, Nights and Weekends) at Cygnet Pindar house.

  • Lead an allocated team of nurses & support workers
  • Ensure care & associated duties are allocated effectively & within team members competence
  • Supervise junior staff, leading by example, teach & guide them
  • Work closely with the management team to develop the service, audit & improve quality
  • Safeguard & promote the wellbeing of service users
  • Manage medication Under NMC guidelines, ensure that individual care plans are complete & maintained collectively with service users, relatives & other healthcare professionals
  • Be responsible for the co-ordination, assessment, planning, implementation & evaluation of individual patient programmes of care.
