A well-established B2B events organisation is seeking a driven Sponsorship Sales Manager to join a high-performing commercial team and play a key role in generating sponsorship revenue across an international portfolio of conferences.

In this fast-paced role, you’ll work across multiple events throughout the year, growing revenue from existing partners while proactively identifying and securing new business. This opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong hunter mentality who’s looking to build a long-term, successful career in sponsorship sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a strong understanding of the company’s products, industry trends, and competitors.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships, offering creative, commercially valuable solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Partner with Marketing, Production, and Operations teams to support seamless event delivery and ensure excellent client satisfaction.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your sponsorship sales skills.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts, weekly reports, and a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Proactively prospect and engage potential clients through multiple outreach channels.
