A leading healthcare trust in the UK is seeking a Senior Speech and Language Therapist to join their Outpatients team and Child Development Centre. This part-time role involves delivering services for children aged 2 years and above, managing caseloads, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Competitive salary between £38,682 and £46,580 pro-rata per annum is offered along with benefits and flexible working arrangements.

The Doncaster and Bassetlaw Children’s Speech and Language Therapy Service is looking to recruit an experienced Band 6 Speech and Language Therapist to be part of our Outpatients team for 1 day a week and Child Development Centre team for 2 days a week to work at Doncaster Royal Infirmary.
This exciting role provides the successful candidate with an opportunity to develop their assessment and therapeutic skills, working with children aged 2 years and above, with speech, language and/or communication needs in a clinic setting, as well as with pre‑school aged children with complex needs.
The successful candidate will deliver a speech and language therapy service for children and young people within Doncaster and Bassetlaw. They will provide independent assessment and treatment of children as well as developing and implementing specialist programmes of care and treatment for individual patients with communication difficulties. They will be an integral part of the team, participating in the ongoing development of the service. When working with the pre‑school aged children with complex needs, the support will take place in nurseries, schools and patients’ homes.
