  • Manage ordering, stock control, and GP awareness.
  • Uphold health and safety standards.
  • Act as 'Head Chef' in their absence.
  • Assist in menu development and seasonal specials.

We have a highly sought after opportunity for a proven Sous Chef ready for the Senior Sous Chef title. Join a family-run independent restaurant known for its high-quality, fresh, seasonal menu in Burgess Hill.

The Package
  • Salary: up to £45,000 Base + £5,000 tronc
  • Tronc/Tips: £5,000 per year
  • Work-Life Balance: 2.5 days off per week & reasonable finish times.
  • Team: Work with an 8-chef brigade in a supportive environment.
  • Development: Gain skills in GP, budgeting, and kitchen management.
