OpenTeams is seeking a highly experienced and visionary Senior Solution Architect or Senior Solution Engineer (Sales) to join our growing team. In this pivotal role you will partner with our General Manager of a line of business as a trusted advisor to our clients, leading conversations around the ideation, design, and implementation of complex, large‑scale, open‑source AI solutions. You will translate business requirements into technical architectures and guide the selection of development teams. Ideally you will lead the technical direction of projects from inception to successful delivery, shaping the future of AI adoption across diverse organizations while contributing to the vibrant open‑source community.
This is a remote position. Candidates must live in the UK or a surrounding country that has a ±2‑hour time difference from the UK. We do not accept US‑based candidates and do not support relocation. Travel is expected to be around 25 % of the time within the EMEA region for conferences, customer meetings, and community events.
