Job summary

Leadout Capital is seeking an exceptional Solutions Engineer to join our UKI-focused EMEA team. You will combine technology and industry knowledge to craft agentic CRM and data solutions for nonprofits and impact organisations, spanning fundraising, programs, and digital engagement.

You will engage with C-level and IT stakeholders to articulate value, develop POCs, and drive revenue growth while collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering across Europe and globally.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Solution Engineering, Pre-Sales or implementation role.
• B2B/B2C experience with Salesforce Sales, Service and Industry solutions.
• Customer data platforms and AI expertise, especially with Salesforce.
• Technical sales or pre-sales background with autonomous work style.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for large organisations.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery and workshop sessions to design a solution blueprint.
• Proactively research and develop points of view for challenges.
• Earn technical wins with compelling demonstrations on Salesforce and Agentforce.
• Articulate value through storytelling and persona-driven demos.
• Collaborate with engineering and partners to shape POCs and pilots.
• Plan and deliver sales campaigns with cross-functional teams.
