Job summary

Salesforce is seeking multiple Solution Architects to join our Professional Services team in the UK. You will lead workstreams in complex enterprise engagements, partnering with stakeholders to define and deliver the vision, overcoming obstacles, and ensuring value realization for clients.

You will engage with Customer Success and Product teams, share thought leadership, and help drive adoption of Salesforce platforms across industries.

Qualifications

• Experience defining the system architecture landscape and delivering comprehensive solutions.
• Experience leading discovery sessions and writing detailed designs.
• Ability to model business processes and communicate findings clearly.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to convey complex concepts.
• Ability to learn quickly and apply new concepts and technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to tailor to audience.
• Travel regionally and occasionally internationally as needed.
• Experience mentoring junior consultants and guiding delivery teams.
