Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Engineer to join the EMEA Solutions team, focusing on UKI. You will provide technical sales leadership, design AI-enabled CRM solutions, and guide customers through complex, multi-cloud engagements.

You will engage with C-level and IT stakeholders, demonstrate value with tailored demos, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to win opportunities across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Qualifications

Experience in Solution Engineering/Pre-Sales roles.
B2B and B2C experience with Salesforce Sales, Service and Industry solutions.
Customer Data Platforms and AI expertise, especially with Salesforce.
Technical Sales or Pre-Sales experience.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery and workshops to design a client solution blueprint.
Develop and demonstrate Agentforce led solutions and POCs/Pilots.
Articulate value with persona-driven demos and powerful storytelling.
Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineering, sales, product and industry teams to plan campaigns.
Advise on Salesforce roadmap and enablement, stay updated on developments.
Build accelerators and maintain relationships with key accounts.
