Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a seasoned EMEA Solutions professional to join the UKI-focused team, delivering AI-enabled CRM and data solutions for nonprofit and enterprise clients.

You will engage with C-level and IT leaders, design solution blueprints, and guide pre-sales from discovery to pilots, aligning Salesforce clouds with Agentforce for NonProfit. This role blends technical depth with strategic storytelling.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Solution Engineering, Pre-Sales or Implementation role.
• B2B and B2C experience with Salesforce Sales, Service and Industry solutions.
• Knowledge of Customer Data Platforms and AI, especially Salesforce.
• Technical sales or Pre-Sales experience.
• Autonomous self-starter able to learn, lead, and prioritise tasks.
• Comfortable working across multiple dynamic teams or on solo projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and workshops to design a customer solution blueprint.
• Develop Points of View for customer and sector challenges.
• Provide technical wins with Salesforce demos and Agentforce led solutions.
• Articulate value through storytelling and persona-driven demos.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineering and partners on POCs and pilots.
• Plan and deliver sales campaigns with sales, partners, and product teams.
• Advise on Salesforce roadmap and key features for industry success.
• Innovate with AI tools to create reusable accelerators.
• Build relationships with accounts and coordinate with engineers to deliver a full platform story.
