Job summary

SugarAI UK Limited is seeking a Solutions Consultant to lead the end-to-end pre-sales process for an EMEA-based, AI-powered CRM platform. The role blends remote work with in-office collaboration in London, requiring you to engage C-level stakeholders and guide customers from discovery to solution design.

You will demonstrate measurable business value, tailor AI-driven demos, and work with Sales, Success, and Partners to close opportunities. Travel up to 40% is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pre-sales or a similar customer facing technical role.
• SaaS solution sales/configuration experience and a solid understanding of technical systems architecture, stacks, and platforms.
• Strong commercial acumen; connect technical capabilities to business outcomes.
• Experience with CRM/ERP ecosystems and integrations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic technical and commercial partner to Sales, Customer Success, and Partners.
• Own the pre-sales cycle end-to-end: discovery, qualification, value demonstrations, and RFP responses.
• Show how SugarAI drives sales productivity with AI-enabled workflows and data insights.
• Enable partners to position and demonstrate SugarAI solutions effectively.
