Outreach, London, is seeking a senior Solutions Consultant to lead complex enterprise pursuits in the EMEA region. You will act as a strategic advisor, owning technical strategy for high-value deals and delivering POV engagements that map Outreach capabilities to business outcomes.

You will mentor others, enable cross-functional teams, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Enablement to shape roadmaps and differentiated narratives. Hybrid in-office 2 days/week.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of pre-sales or solution consulting experience, including enterprise segments.
• Experience leading multi-stakeholder sales cycles and CRM integrations.
• Proven ability to design integrations and influence C-suite alignment.
• Strong communication skills for executive conversations and demos.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex enterprise pursuits in the EMEA region and mentor others.
• Own technical strategy for high-value deals, drive discovery and value articulation.
• Deliver engaging POVs, align across product, engineering, and enablement.
• Collaborate with AEs to craft win strategies using MEDDPICC and value-selling.
