Day rate : £450£500 (Umbrella) | Start ASAP, ideally before 1st November

Hybrid working minimum 2 days per week in-office attendance

Are you a highly skilled legal professional specializing in Property and Planning law? Pertemps, partnering with Hammersmith & Fulham Council, is seeking an ambitious Solicitor ready to make a real impact on urban regeneration projects and key property transactions within a vibrant London borough.

What This Role Offers to Legal Experts

Deliver expert professional advice in Property Law including regeneration, compulsory purchase orders, acquisitions, and public-private partnerships, with crossover into Planning law.

Collaborate with senior stakeholders, from council leadership to government departments, shaping projects that materially impact community transformation.

Work on complex, high-profile cases and contribute to governance, risk management, and legal compliance at the highest levels.

Lead or assist in hearings, public inquiries, appeals, judicial reviews in courts ranging from Magistrates to High Court and Court of Appeal.

Play a critical role in mentoring and developing legal colleagues and evolving the councils legal frameworks and precedents.
