Responsibilities

  • Develop operational instructions and provide practice guidance.
  • Support team members with supervision and appraisal.
  • Manage and monitor the effective delivery of services.
  • Conduct annual appraisals for supervised staff.
  • Attend complex strategy meetings and prepare staff for court.
  • Allocate cases and oversee new referrals, ensuring accurate record keeping.
