Overview

Senior Site Manager (Housebuilder) – Permanent – Epsom, Surrey. Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 + package. Location: Epsom, Surrey.

I have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to join an award winning housebuilder on a permanent basis, working on a new build residential project in Epsom, Surrey.

The company has been established for approximately 20 years and has evolved into one of the leading housebuilders in the country, with regional offices across the South East of England.

They undertake developments ranging from large family homes and luxury houses to city centre apartments. They are quality focused and are recognised as one of the leading, most trusted providers of quality homes throughout the UK.

They are looking for a Senior Site Manager to work on a new build residential project in Epsom, Surrey, comprising 88 traditional build houses and flats. The project is currently at the groundworks stage with foundations about to commence.
