A leading housing/property developer is seeking a Senior Site Manager to join their team to work on a large-scale residential project near Ramsgate. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to join an established property developer that offers many years of continuous work. The scheme will consist of over 200 residential units from 2-5 bedrooms, with potential for a further phase.

Responsibilities

• Day to day managing of all site works
• Managing all sub-contractors
• Managing health and safety
• Quality assurance

Requirements

• Current CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid certifications
• Confident communicator with a proactive approach
• Experience in timber frame / traditional build projects from groundworks to completion
