Job summary

N Consulting in the United Kingdom seeks a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to drive digital transformation and lead enterprise-wide ServiceNow programs across ITOM, HRSD, and AI-driven solutions. You will engage with CXOs and executives, translating business challenges into technology-driven outcomes while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires hands-on delivery, strategic workshops, and governance oversight, shaping multi-year transformation programs across large organizations.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of overall IT experience.
• Strong consulting, advisory, and business transformation background.
• Proven experience engaging with CXOs, Directors, VP-level, and senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience delivering ServiceNow ITOM and HRSD solutions.
• Experience with AI adoption, GenAI initiatives, workflow automation, or intelligent operations.
• Strong understanding of Regulatory Compliance, Governance, and Risk frameworks.
• Ability to lead enterprise transformation programs from strategy through execution.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to CXOs, senior business leaders, and enterprise stakeholders.
• Lead strategic workshops, transformation roadmaps, and executive-level discussions.
• Drive ServiceNow adoption and enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Deliver and oversee implementation programs across ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management), HRSD, AI & Intelligent Automation Initiatives, Digital Workflow Transformation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives with technology solutions.
• Provide guidance on governance, risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Influence key stakeholders and manage complex enterprise relationships.
• Mentor teams and provide thought leadership across large-scale ServiceNow engagements.
