Job summary
Infosys Consulting in the United Kingdom seeks a Senior ServiceNow GRC/IRM Transformation & Advisory Consultant to drive enterprise risk and resilience programs. You will lead strategic advisory, design and delivery of ServiceNow IRM solutions, and partner with clients across Financial Services, Retail, and Energy sectors.

Qualifications
- CSA certification is required.
- Two CIS certifications are highly preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of dedicated consulting experience.
- Demonstrated experience in ServiceNow implementation and advisory roles (IRM, RC, VR, SIR, TPRM).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (English C2).
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic advisory across Enterprise Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Operational Resilience, TPRM and Governance models using ServiceNow IRM.
- Lead design and delivery of ServiceNow solutions to enable client outcomes.
- Apply industry expertise across Financial Services, Consumer & Retail, Energy & Utilities to tailor solutions.
- Cultivate trusted advisor relationships with clients and expand Infosys Consulting's impact.
- Contribute to global consulting capability, coach colleagues, and stay ahead of market trends.
- Support bid responses and identify new opportunities to expand client impact.
