Job summary

Accenture UK & Ireland is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead end-to-end architecture across ITOM, IRM, CSM, TSM and related domains. You will guide senior client engagements, set technical direction and ensure delivery aligns with best practices.

Qualifications

• ServiceNow certifications in Administration, Development or Implementation Specialist are desirable.
• Experience leading large ServiceNow transformation programmes.
• Ability to translate business outcomes into scalable technical solutions.
• Strong client-facing, presentation and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture, design and governance of ServiceNow solutions (ITOM, IRM, CSM, TSM, AIOps).
• Ensure delivery aligns with scope, objectives and best practices.
• Act as trusted advisor on platform adoption, roadmaps and digital transformation.
• Define target architecture and blueprints for scalable operating models.
• Guide development teams through design, implementation and deployment phases.
• Collaborate with sales and account teams for presales and technical estimations.
• Mentor architects, developers and consultants to foster excellence.
• Drive innovation with AI, automation and Agentic AI capabilities.
• Contribute to thought leadership with patterns and accelerators.
