Job summary

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT experience
• Experience engaging with CXOs and senior stakeholders
• Hands-on ServiceNow ITOM and HRSD delivery
• Experience with AI adoption and intelligent automation
• Strong governance, risk, and regulatory compliance knowledge

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to CXOs, senior business leaders, and enterprise stakeholders
• Lead strategic workshops, transformation roadmaps, and executive-level discussions
• Drive ServiceNow adoption and enterprise transformation initiatives
• Deliver and oversee implementation programs across ITOM, HRSD, and AI initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives with technology solutions
• Provide guidance on governance, risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Influence key stakeholders and manage complex enterprise relationships
• Mentor teams and provide thought leadership across large-scale ServiceNow engagements
