Job summary

Perfect Placement UK Ltd, on behalf of a Gloucester-based family-run automotive dealership, is seeking an experienced Senior Service Advisor to join their team. You will support the Aftersales Manager, mentor a small service team and ensure exemplary customer service.

The role offers a basic salary up to £33,000 with a potential OTE around £38,000, 30 days’ holiday, training, pension benefits and staff discounts. Hours are Mon-Fri 8:00-17:30 plus one in four Saturdays.

• IT proficiency; Autoview DMS experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as key contact for customers, ensuring professional interactions.
• Support Aftersales Manager with supervising the service team.
• Drive service profitability through communication and upselling.
• Coordinate with workshop, parts and sales to ensure efficient processes.
• Maintain high customer journey standards and meet targets.
• Communicate with manufacturers regarding warranty authorisations and repairs.
