Job summary

Perfect Placement UK Ltd in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking an experienced Senior Service Advisor to join our busy Aftersales Team at a leading automotive dealership. The role offers a £32,000 basic salary with an OTE of £38,000 and opportunities for progression within the group.

You'll deliver outstanding customer service, book MOTs and servicing, advise on warranty cover and coordinate with technicians to keep customers updated throughout the repair process.

Qualifications

• Experience as Senior Service Advisor or Service Advisor in automotive.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and explain technical information clearly.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Book MOTs, servicing and repair work for customers.
• Advise customers on warranty cover and recommend parts or accessories.
• Coordinate appointments with technicians and service manager to workload.
• Handle high volume of customer enquiries and bookings.
• Provide clear updates on vehicle turnaround times.
