Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced Service Advisor in Gloucester to deliver outstanding customer service throughout the service and repair journey. You will act as the main link between customers and the workshop, ensuring smooth booking, updates and transparent explanations of work.

Ideal candidates will have prior service advisor experience in automotive settings, strong communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive dealership, workshop or aftersales environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good technical understanding of vehicle servicing and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and managing their service requirements.
• Booking vehicles into the workshop and coordinating with Technicians.
• Discussing servicing, repairs and additional work with customers.
• Preparing accurate job cards and estimates.
• Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process.
• Advising on additional work and maintenance requirements.
• Maintaining records and ensuring customer satisfaction.
