Job summary

Lookers Stoke BMW is recruiting an experienced Senior Service Advisor to join our Aftersales Team. The role involves booking MOTs and services, advising on warranty coverage and upselling parts, and coordinating with Aftersales to schedule work efficiently.

You will manage high volumes of customer interactions, communicate turnaround times clearly, and maintain accurate records. The position offers training, progression opportunities, and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering a first-class customer experience in a busy dealership environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
• Aptitude for building rapport and working as part of a team while using initiative.

Responsibilities

• Booking MOTs, services and other repair work for customers.
• Advising customers about warranty cover and upselling parts/accessories.
• Liaising with Aftersales to schedule appointments based on workload.
• Managing high volumes of customers and calls daily including online bookings.
• Informing customers of turnaround times and updating systems with bookings.
