Perfect Placement UK Ltd is recruiting for a Senior Service Advisor at our Stoke-on-Trent dealership in Staffordshire. The role offers a £32,000 basic salary with an OTE of up to £38,000 and a clear path for progression within a leading automotive group.

You will join a busy Aftersales Team dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service, with Monday to Friday hours and a Saturday morning rota. Training and development are emphasised within a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Book MOTs, vehicle servicing and repair work for customers.
• Advise customers on warranty cover and recommend parts or accessories.

• Manage high volume of customer enquiries, calls and online bookings.
• Keep customers informed on turnaround times with clear updates.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update systems with new bookings.
• Deliver a consistently professional, first-class customer experience.

We are recruiting an experienced Senior Service Advisor to join our busy Aftersales Team at our Stoke-on-Trent dealership in Staffordshire. This permanent opportunity offers a £32,000 basic salary, £38,000 OTE and excellent progression within a leading automotive group.

Duties:

• As Senior Service Advisor, book MOTs, vehicle servicing and repair work for customers
• Advise customers on warranty cover and recommend additional parts or accessories where appropriate
• Liaise with Service Advisors, Vehicle Technicians and the Service Manager to coordinate appointments according to workload and call volumes
• Manage a high volume of customer enquiries, telephone calls and online booking requests
• Keep customers informed of vehicle turnaround times and provide clear updates throughout the repair process
• Maintain accurate customer records and update dealership systems following new bookings
• Deliver a consistently professional and first-class customer experience

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Senior Service Advisor or Service Advisor within the automotive industry
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to build rapport with customers and explain technical information clearly
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
• Positive, energetic and professional approach
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while using your own initiative
• Experience using Kerridge, ADP or another dealer management system would be advantageous
• Genuine passion for vehicles and delivering high standards of customer care
