Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a main dealership or automotive environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers professionally, delivering high service standards.
• Manage service bookings efficiently and accurately.
• Provide factual advice and upsell additional services where appropriate.
• Liaise with workshop teams to progress vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate customer records in line with dealership procedures.
• Promote dealership services and loyalty programmes.
