Job summary

ASI Recruitment is seeking a Senior Service Advisor in Swindon to join a busy automotive team. The role focuses on delivering a first-class customer experience from booking through to vehicle collection, while coordinating with workshop staff to keep the service department running smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have automotive Service Advisor experience, a senior or experienced background, excellent customer service and communication skills, and a full UK driving licence.

Senior Service Advisor

Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 DOE + Bonus

OTE: £40,000+

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Weekends: None!

The role

As a Senior Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing a first-class customer experience while keeping the service department running smoothly.

You’ll be dealing with customers from booking through to vehicle collection, keeping them updated throughout the process and working closely with the workshop team to ensure everything runs efficiently.

About you

• Previous automotive Service Advisor experience is essential
• Senior Service Advisor or experienced Service Advisor background
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Confident dealing with customers and managing expectations
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a busy service environment
• Full UK driving licence
