Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Senior Service Advisor for a car dealership in Blackpool. The role delivers outstanding customer service, advises on repairs and keeps customers updated throughout the process.

Requires 3+ years in automotive service advisory, strong communication, Excel and a driving licence preferred. Salary £32,000 plus up to £7,000 bonus; Mon-Fri 8:00–18:00, Sat 8:00–12:00. Pension, 28 days leave, on-site/free parking, and training provided.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive sector.
• Excellent communication, verbal and written.
• Strong customer rapport and relationship-building.
• Good organisation and teamwork abilities.
• Excel proficiency and MS Office skills.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Job Title: Senior Service Advisor – Car Dealership

Location: Blackpool

Salary: £32,000 basic + bonus of up to £7000

Full Time and Permanent – Monday – Friday 8.00am -6.00pm – Saturday 8,00am-12.00pm

The Service Advisor will need to be capable of delivering an outstanding experience to the customers with a professional and friendly manner, advising on required repairs and clearly updating the customer throughout.

Our client is ideally looking for someone who has at least 3 years’ experience as a Service Advisor within the Automotive sector.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to build rapport with customers.
• Excellent organisational skills
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Packages in particular Excel.
• Valid driver’s license (preferred)
• Ability to process information accurately and efficiency.
• Flexibility.
• Previous service advisor experience in the automotive industry.
