We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established dealership specialising in classic, sports, and performance vehicles, for the position of Senior Service Advisor. This Senior Service Advisor role offers an excellent opportunity for experienced automotive professionals to join a reputable company committed to delivering exceptional customer service and technical excellence. The successful individual will serve as the key intermediary between customers, technicians, and management, ensuring a seamless journey from initial enquiry to vehicle collection.

- Basic salary of £35,000 per annum, with an uncapped OTE exceeding £40,000
- Monday to Friday working hours from 7:30am to 5:30pm
- One in six Saturdays, 9am to 3pm, with time off during the week

Duties of a Senior Service Advisor:
- Manage customer enquiries, bookings, and workshop appointments efficiently from initial contact through to vehicle collection
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and professional communication at all times
- Prepare detailed estimates, quotations, and invoices for servicing, repairs, and additional work
- Liaise with technicians to diagnose vehicle issues and communicate technical information effectively to clients
- Obtain authorisation for additional work and keep customers informed on progress and costs
- Coordinate workshop schedules to ensure timely completion of jobs within agreed timescales as aSenior Service Advisor
- Review technician reports, ensuring all work is accurately documented and invoiced
- Liaise with parts departments to ensure availability of necessary components
- Oversee vehicle collection and delivery logistics, maintaining high standards of customer care
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for additional maintenance or upgrades
Requirements of a Senior Service Advisor:
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer‑facing role within the automotive industry
- Preference for individuals with experience working on premium, classic, or performance vehicles
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously and prioritise workload effectively
- Familiarity with workshop management systems and computer literacy
- Genuine passion for classic, sports, and high‑performance cars
