Immunocore is seeking a Senior Scientist I for Characterisation to join our CMC team in the UK. You will contribute to the development of characterisation methods for ImmTAX and other biopharmaceutical products, including peptide mapping (LC-MS/MS) and intact mass analysis, with a focus on quality, safety, and scalability.

You will work on impurities, PTMs, and process intermediates, collaborate across teams, and mentor junior scientists while ensuring compliance with EHS and GMP-like principles.

Responsabilidades

• Characterisation of biopharmaceutical proteins using peptide mapping (LC-MS/MS) and intact mass spectrometry techniques.
• Support impurity characterisation and identification for drug substance and drug product.
• Develop methods for glycosylation analysis and post-translational modification profiling.
• Contribute to writing study protocols and reports, and present findings to stakeholders.
