Qualifikationen

• Experience in development of HPLC based peptide mapping methods and MS characterisation of recombinant proteins or antibodies.
• Glycosylation analysis of recombinant proteins or antibodies.
• Independently coordinate extensive testing of protein biomolecules.
• Characterisation of proteins expressed in microbial and mammalian systems.
• Knowledge of post-translational modifications in biological systems.

Aufgaben

• Characterise biopharmaceuticals using HPLC peptide mapping and mass spectrometry.
• Support impurity characterisation of drug substance and drug product.
• Contribute to development of characterisation methods for ImmTAX and related products.
• Write study protocols and reports; present findings to internal and external audiences.
• Mentor colleagues and share knowledge across departments.
