A vibrant local academy is seeking a Senior Science Technician to ensure the smooth operation of laboratories and support teaching staff. The role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a team while fostering an inclusive learning environment. This permanent position offers an opportunity to contribute to the educational development of students in West Bromwich.
About this Role: George Salter Academy are seeking to appoint an experienced and self-motivated Senior Science Technician (37 hours per week, term-time + 1 week). The successful applicant will be able to work on their own initiative, have good organisational skills and work well under pressure in order to facilitate and actively contribute to high quality teaching and learning. You will also have line management responsibilities for our Science Technician.
