Role Overview

We’re recruiting for a confident, motivated Senior Sales Negotiator to join a successful and fast-paced office in Weston-super-Mare. This role is ideal for someone with at least one year of experience in estate agency sales, looking to step up and make a real impact. You'll be at the forefront of driving business, conducting viewings, and negotiating deals, all with the support of a dedicated Sales Progressor so you can focus on what you do best - building relationships and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct viewings and represent the business in a professional manner
  • Liaise confidently with buyers and vendors
  • Negotiate offers to secure the best possible outcomes
  • Assist with launching new properties to market
  • Support with market appraisals as required
  • Proactively manage and prioritise your advertised stock
  • Deliver outstanding client service at all times
Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience within estate agency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management and organisational abilities
  • Proactive, self-motivated and goal-driven
  • Confident in building rapport and maintaining long-term relationships
  • Works well independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving licence and own car required (mileage paid at 45p per mile)
  • Local knowledge of the Weston-super-Mare property market (desirable)
