Senior Sales Manager - Renewable Energy. Location: Hybrid (monthly travel to Warwick for team meetings). Salary: £65,000 + Company Car + Benefits. Are you a commercially driven sales leader with expertise in alternative fuels and a passion for accelerating the energy transition?

Our client is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive growth in CNG and biomethane adoption across HGV and LCV fleets.

What you'll do
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of corporate customers, helping fleets transition from diesel to biomethane.
  • Build strategic partnerships with transport, construction, utilities, and events sectors.
  • Operate confidently at C-Suite level, influencing key decision-makers.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting, market intelligence, and pipeline reporting.
  • Collaborate with commercial colleagues to deliver innovative energy solutions.
What we're looking for
  • Proven track record in consultative sales and structuring complex commercial agreements.
  • Strong knowledge of alternative fuels (CNG, Biomethane, HVO, Electric).
  • Experience engaging with truck fleets or high diesel-use industries.
  • Confident presenter with excellent organisational and CRM skills.
