The Sales & Commercial CoE Business Analyst supports the effective operation of the Centre of Excellence by delivering analytical, administrative, and governance expertise across the sales and commercial function. This role drives continuous improvement of processes and systems, ensuring consistent, high‑quality commercial delivery aligned with organizational standards. By enabling governance activities and providing actionable insights, the analyst helps strengthen performance, efficiency, and compliance across the global organization.

As a Sales & Commercial CoE Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:
  • Developing and refining sales and commercial processes, templates, and methodologies to ensure consistency, efficiency, and best‑practice adoption across the organization.
  • Supporting the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of sales and commercial tools and systems, enabling data‑driven decision making and improved business performance.
  • Preparing, analyzing, and distributing portfolio‑level reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights and visibility for senior stakeholders.
  • Coordinating governance activities, including process audits, compliance reporting, and corrective actions, to maintain alignment with organizational standards.
  • Facilitating after‑action reviews and lessons learned initiatives to embed continuous improvement and strengthen commercial delivery.
To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a degree‑level education or equivalent experience in a related discipline, supported by a professional qualification where applicable.
  • Have proven experience in a process, project, or commercial analyst role, ideally within complex organizations.
  • Have strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualisation.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication abilities, capable of engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Have a proven track record of managing multiple priorities in a structured, deadline‑driven environment.
  • Have proficiency in MS365 applications and Power BI, with the ability to leverage digital tools to enhance performance.
  • Having a background in manufacturing, engineering, or an industrial setting is advantageous.
  • Having Six Sigma Black Belt certification and project delivery experience is considered a strong advantage.
