What You’ll Do
  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, referrals, and industry events.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Lead face-to-face meetings, present proposals, and close deals with confidence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on pricing strategies and seamless account implementation.
  • Support clients post-sale to ensure long-term success.
  • Manage your sales pipeline and report progress to leadership.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends through continuous learning and development.
What We’re Looking For
  • Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years in sales
  • Proven ability to sell both inside (phone / email) and outside (in-person)
  • Strong negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and commercial acumen
  • Excellent communication skills across all organisational levels, including C-suite
  • Air Freight & Ocean Freight Experience
