An educational institution in the UK is seeking a Senior Safeguarding Manager to oversee safeguarding processes and manage serious cases. You will lead initiatives across the campus, support staff, and represent the institution externally. The role requires strong knowledge of safeguarding, experience with young people, and a Level 4 safeguarding qualification. This position offers professional development opportunities within a supportive team atmosphere.
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced safeguarding professional to join our team as Senior Safeguarding Manager. You’ll support the Designated Safeguarding Lead in keeping our campus safe, lead on serious cases, and help train and guide staff. You’ll also represent the college externally and ensure our safeguarding systems are strong and up to date.
