• At least 1 year experience as either a Supervisor or Team Leader.

Responsibilities

• Interacting directly with customers to ensure an optimal customer experience.
• Working as the lead Rituals Advisor alongside Store leadership to reach personal and store goals.
• Mentoring and supporting Rituals Advisors.
• Keeping the store clean and tidy at all times.
• Enhancing knowledge of rituals, products and treatments through training.
