A government agency in the UK seeks a Senior Reward Manager to enhance their pay and reward services. This role involves designing pay models, analyzing data, and advising on complex reward issues while developing strong stakeholder relationships. The successful candidate will possess expertise in a reward environment and demonstrate strong analytical and negotiation skills. The position is full-time with opportunities for compressed hours.

The Chief Operating Officer Group works closely with the Home Office’s policy and operational commands to enable us together to deliver the department’s priorities. The group is comprised of different teams and professional functions, including Commercial, Finance, People, Portfolio and Project Delivery, Security, Estates and Information and Digital, Data and Technology.

This is a challenging, varied and fast‑paced role reporting to a Deputy Head of Reward. As a Senior Reward Manager, you will use your expertise to make a significant contribution to the delivery of the pay and reward service and supporting the development of fair and competitive Home Office reward strategies that attract and retain for ‘A Brilliant Civil Service’. You will have lead accountability for specific projects while also supporting policy development and projects across the team. The role offers a significant amount of opportunity, autonomy, and flexibility.
To be successful in this role you will have worked in a reward environment. You will have a strong customer focus coupled with good negotiation skills to manage and influence internal stakeholders. You will have strong analytical skills and an eye for detail to identify, evaluate and resolve issues. You will be adaptable, able to prioritise effectively and take the initiative, while being an effective team player.

Due to the business requirements of this role, it is only available on a full-time basis. However, compressed hours are available.
